17 and 20 yard dumpsters are great size for commercial construction projects, commercial property cleanouts, business remodels, and more. The sides are low enough to allow for easy loading, but the dumpster remains big enough to hold enough to accomplish your project or clean out, depending on size.

With an overall size similar to a full size van, driveway placement of our 17 or 20 yard roll off dumpsters is generally not an issue. We understand commercial properties may have limited space, so we will work with you to make sure our dumpster is placed exactly where you need it. We do normally want to speak with you to confirm placement of the dumpster on your property, just to confirm no issues will arise.

Is a 17 or 20 Yard Roll Off Dumpster Right for Your Commercial Project?

Sometimes this can be hard to answer, because it really depends on how much you need to dispose of and whether or not it can be arranged in a way to allow for maximum use of the space inside the dumpster. Responsibilities

Customer acknowledges that it has the care, custody and control of the equipment owned by Dumpster Daddy and accepts responsibility for the equipment and its contents while it is on the customer’s property.  Therefore, customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dumpster Daddy from and against any and all claims for loss of or damage to property, injury or death of person or persons resulting from or arising in any manner of customers use, operation or possession of any equipment furnished under this agreement.  Customer acknowledges that Dumpster Daddy employees may drive company vehicles on customer’s property and accepts responsibility for any and all damage that may occur from Dumpster Daddy vehicles and or equipment.  This includes damage to roads, culverts, fences, landscaping or other areas that the truck may contact while attempting to service customers' containers.

Important Note to Customers!!  Dumpster Daddy charges an additional tonnage fee to roll-off dumpsters that weigh more than 2 tons at the time of disposal.  This tonnage fee is $80.00 per ton for each ton over two.  If your roll-off dumpster exceeds the 2-ton cap, Dumpster Daddy will be contacting you to collect this additional fee.  A copy of the weight ticket from the disposal facility will be available upon request.

Restrictions and Limitations

Customer will warrant that all waste placed in the container is of a non-hazardous nature and that no liquids will be placed in the container.  Also, tires, computers, (desktop, laptop, notebook etc.) monitors, peripheral devices, printers, fax machines, televisions, DVD/VHS players, video game consoles, radios and stereo equipment are not acceptable in the roll-off dumpsters.
